Swingers and nudists set to bask in Belizean sun and waters

In the midst of glowing reviews of several Belizean resorts recently awarded by renowned travel site, Trip Advisor, the country is also receiving international exposure for two week-long swingers' parties set to be hosted on a private island off the coast of Dangriga.

The UK's Daily Sun, this week, reported that a US- based travel agency, Dream Pleasure Tours, is offering a raunchy week-long swingers' party at a five-star resort on a private island, which also happened to receive several awards from Trip Advisor this week. According to Dream Pleasure Tours, the first such event, being hosted from May 27 – June 3, has already been booked out. And because the first "Fantasies Island" event has already been sold out, Dream Pleasure Tours has already scheduled a second one to be hosted from September 23-30.

Dream Pleasure Tours is known to organize and book nudist and swingers parties and cruises. Prices for the events range depending on the number of guests and choice of hotel accommodations but there are packages being offered for couples and threesomes. One penthouse villa available for as many as 3 couples has even been offered for over $15,000. "This is a party inside a party," Dream Pleasure Tours said.

According to the travel agency, clothing will be optional at the five-star resort and its beaches during the week of debauchery. Dream Pleasure Tours described the island getaway as a once in a lifetime experience and said guests will also be able to enjoy swimming, scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, inland excursions or island tours.
"It's time to celebrate a release from our everyday lives to the fantasy of being stranded on an island with up to 48 other like-minded friends," the site added.

And while the raunchy weekend is gaining a lot of international exposure, Trip Advisor also highlighted several resorts in Belize for quality accommodations and services.
