Where to stay?

Northaven Resort is proud to offer rental accommodations for every taste and budget. Most rental units include cable TV, air conditioning, an outdoor sitting area, and a charcoal grill.

A few simple details regarding rentals:

• All units require a minimum two-night stay except for holiday and/or special weekends, which require a minimum of three nights.
• Check in time is 4 pm; check-out is noon.
• Northaven is a pet-friendly resort, however we do not allow pets in rental units.
• No smoking in rental units.
• Ground fees are NOT included in the rental rate.
• Units that can hold additional people beyond the renting couple require an additional $15 per person per night.
  
  Our reservation policy requires fees to paid at the time of booking. All but $100 of the reservation fee is refundable in the event of cancellation. The $100 non-refundable portion of your fees may be applied to another weekend within the next 12-months if the reservation is canceled two weeks or more before the scheduled arrival date.

Resort Fees

When renting a lot or unit, resort fees are paid by non-members to utilize the resort, its facilities, and amenities.

Annual Memberships

Full Membership

Our Full Membership duration is one full year (12-months) from the time your membership is purchased. Memberships are for couples and allow unlimited use of the resort, facilities, and amenities. Additionally, you will have an assigned lot where your camper, park model, or motor-home can reside for the duration of your membership. Electric charges are not included in the membership and will be billed separately.

Associate Membership

Like a Full Membership, an Associate Membership duration is one full year (12-months) from the time your membership is purchased. Memberships are for couples and allow unlimited use of the resort, facilities, and amenities. Unlike a Full Membership, the Associate Membership does not include a lot. Rental lots and units are an additional change.

We are forced to limit the number of Associate Members as to avoid overcrowding the resort.
