Providing you with the sexiest and sensual Hedo experience is what we are all about at Hedonism II.  In the best of times, we take the health and wellbeing of our guests and staff very seriously. In these times we have been working on new sanitation and safety protocols to ensure that our valued guests can PARTY SAFELY.

Each of the measures that we have implemented follow the directives and recommendations of both Jamaican and international organizations, and will be updated as additional information becomes available. The PARTY SAFELY program includes the following actions to protect your health during your stay:

PREVENTATIVE MEASURES:

  • Enforcement of mandated social distancing in all common areas, including lobby, restaurants, bars, and pools.
  • Temperature taking using infrared sensors.
  • Buffets will no longer be self-service.  Rather, our staff will happily prepare your plate.

CONSTANT SANITATION:

  • Continuous and effective disinfection of in room surfaces and air conditioners.
  • Frequent sanitizing of high contact areas.
  • Detailed disinfection of luggage at the time of arrival.

PROTECTION SERVICES & MATERIALS:

  • Personal protection equipment supplies for each guest. (Masks Mandatory per Government of Jamaica)
  • Anti-bacterial gel stations in all areas throughout the resort.
  • We will be offering anti-bacterial gel to guests on a regular basis.
  • Upgrade the on-property medical team to include specially trained nurses in the detection and care of any potential COVID-19 cases.
  • 24-hour medical service.

Additionally, we have implemented the following protocols with/by our staff:

  • Continuous training about preventative measures and disinfection processes for rooms and common areas.
  • The use of face masks and personal protection equipment is mandatory.
  • Guaranteed use of correct handwashing techniques.
  • Regular taking of temperature.

HEALTH CERTIFICATIONS

We have also enhanced sanitation and cleaning protocols to meet the new industry standards and will be reinforcing all health and sanitation certifications, including Jamaica’s Tourism Product Development Company (TPDCO) and Cristal International Standards.

Booking Incentive

The following details our booking incentives in consideration of COVID-19.

Scenario 1

  • You are booked to travel July 1 – September 30
  • If you do not cancel or rebook
  • You will receive a $300 resort credit per room

Scenario 2

  • You are booked to travel July 1 – August 31
  • You decide to rebook (by August 31), 2020 For travel September 1, 2020 – December 20, 2021
  • You will get a Free cancel for any reason waiver, plus
  • $200 Resort Credit

Option 1

You rebook for travel between September 1 and December 20, 2020.  If the rate is higher, you pay the difference.  If lower we provide the difference in Resort Credits in addition to the existing $200 Resort Credit.

Option 2

You rebook for travel during the same rate period in 2021. We will protect 2020 rate.

Option 3

If you book a date outside the same rate period in 2021, we will protect 2020 rates.  If 2020 rate is higher, you pay the difference. If lower we provide the difference in Resort Credits in addition to the existing $200 Resort Credit.

COVID-19 FAQS

Will we have to wear masks on the transfer bus/taxi?

YES

Will hand sanitizer be provided at the airport before we get on shuttle/taxi?

Based on the protocols we have seen by the government of Jamaica, there is likely to be numerous hand sanitizer dispensaries throughout the airport.  We highly recommend that you bring your own for the transfer to the hotel.

Will the resort supply free masks?

YES, and the Government of Jamaica requires all visitors to wear masks.

When we arrive at the resort will our temperature be taken?

YES

If so, and the reading is higher than normal, what then?

You will be quarantined in a guest room specifically set up for isolation for evaluation

If our temperature is fine upon arrival, then we’re good? 

Random temperature checks will be conducted during your stay

What happens if I show symptoms of COVID-19

You will be moved to a specially designated room on property and isolated from all guest and staff.  Local health authorities will be called.  If confirmed with COVID-19, you will be moved off-property to a nearby health care facility for quarantine and treatment.    

Will the check-in and check-out process be changed?

YES, it will change to accommodate the new social distancing requirements

Will there be disinfecting stations at the resort?

 YES, for both guests and staff

Will there be a change to how our rooms are cleaned?

YES, it will be enhanced to the new COVID-19 protocols

How will the main buffet change?

To accommodate the COVID-19 protocols for social distancing and hygiene, there will be no self-service buffet, rather staff will happily serve you.

Will the main dining room, specialty restaurants and beach grills have changes as far as seating goes?

  YES, to accommodate the new social distancing protocols

Will there be any changes at the bars, especially the swim-up ones??

 YES, to accommodate the new social distancing protocols.

Will the pools and hot tubs have any changes as far as amount of people allowed in?

YES, to accommodate the new social distancing protocols

Will we be required to social distance anywhere on property?

YES, everywhere until the government lifts that restriction.

Will the playroom be open?

NO, not in phase 1

Will the Gym be open?

YES, but controlled to accommodate the new COVID-19 social distancing protocols and enhanced cleaning procedures.

Will the Piano Bar be open?

YES, but controlled to accommodate the new COVID-19 social distancing protocols and enhanced cleaning procedures.

Will the Nightclub be open?

YES, but controlled to accommodate the new COVID-19 social distancing protocols and enhanced cleaning procedures.

Will Kama Sutra Palace be open?

NO, until the government’s COVID-19 protocols allow us to resume these services

Will the Spa be open?

NO, until the government’s COVID-19 protocols allow us to resume these services

Will any of the theme night activities change (foam party, courtyard party, glow party, main stage shows, etc)?

All will have to be adjusted to comply with the new COVID-19 protocols and social distancing.

Will the land activities be affected (volleyball, tennis, pickleball)?

All will have to be adjusted to comply with the new COVID-19 protocols and social distancing.

Will the watersports have any changes (Scuba – including classes), snorkeling)?

All will have to be adjusted to comply with the new COVID-19 protocols and social distancing.

Will the Catamaran still be open for cruises?

All will have to be adjusted to comply with the new COVID-19 protocols and social distancing.

Will off property tours/excursions still be available?

All will have to be adjusted to comply with the new COVID-19 protocols and social distancing.

Will the gift shop have any restrictions?

YES, but controlled to accommodate the new COVID-19 social distancing protocols and enhanced cleaning procedures.
